Refund Policy - Time Supervisor

At Time Supervisor, we strive to deliver reliable and effective time tracking and productivity tools to all our customers. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.
1. Free Trial
Time Supervisor offers a 14-days free trial on select plans. You will not be charged during the trial period. To avoid charges, you must cancel before the trial ends.
2. Subscription Fees
Once a paid subscription begins, all fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. This includes:
- Monthly or annual plan payments
- Charges made after your renewal date
- Unused time on a subscription
3. Exceptions
We may consider refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances:
- You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charges)
- You experienced a technical issue that prevented use of the service (and support was unable to resolve it)
- You canceled before renewal but were still charged
To request a refund under these exceptions, please contact billing@timesupervisor.com within 7 days of the charge.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.
- You will not be charged for subsequent periods.
- No partial refunds are issued for remaining time.
5. Third-Party Payments
If you subscribed through a third party (e.g., app store or payment processor), their refund policies may apply. Please contact them directly for assistance.
